Embracing a new consciousness
Alexis and her mom Aleta have collaborated for the past 4 years on the development of a life changing project that began as a simple seed of an idea.
In 2007 Alexis envisioned pay it forward like cards changing hands, traveling the world, acting as gifts of gratitude to each person they touched. These cards were simple acknowledgements of kindness that anyone could hand out during their daily social exchanges.
The first round of cards was created and then the second and then the third, leading to 24 decks total. Each deck contains 5 cards, the color of the deck and the pairing of the cards within each deck were totally and completely inspired. This idea carries so much love and creativity it evolves effortlessly on it's own.
Alexis and Aleta put the concept into practice with the first round of cards, they would hand them out to those embracing positive qualities throughout the day, whether someone standing in line let you go ahead or simply listened attentively, these cards sparked a genuine, deep heartfelt reaction. And now the power is within you to participate in a project that has the potential to impact people all over the world!
